Responsibilities:
Skilled nursing facility sales/marketing experience Licensed Nurse or Therapist a plus but not required Must be able to organize and self-manage time and responsibilities Requires local travel and some weekend and evening work outside of normal working day Cultivating/Maintaining professional relationships in the local healthcare markets Works to build business opportunities to increase market share Meets with referrals and or family to ensure positive admission experience for customers and families Assesses referrals to determine needs and admission criteria for facility Extraordinary customer service to both external and internal customers.
Must be able to develop and follow a strategic business plan to achieve and grow market share Shifts and Wages:
